That's for sure.  I work at a nightclub... the kind of place you'd imagine 50 cent would go if he were in town.  Not my scene either, but totally entertaining.

I extend an invitation to the community just in case anybody wants to roll up in an Escalade on 22's, chill in the VIP and pop bottles.  Chromed grill optional.

Which club?

I'm friends with a couple of guys who are heavy hitters on the club scene in town.   They both drive Escalades!   [laugh] Not my style but they are always asking me to tag along.

I know that club.

It's got a very "Euro" clientele

Depends on the night really.  A couple of nights a week our core clientele is very euro.  Lots of people that wear Ducati/puma casual wear that have never ridden in their lives!

If your looking for good "Chowda", you've got to go to the "No-Name", on the Boston Fish Pier in South Boston.

+1

I hadn't been since I was a kid so today I took my 13-yo daughter for lunch there.  Excellent chowder and a very good clam roll.

Then we went to see the Tara Donovan exhibit at the ICA, which is about a 5-minute walk from the no-name.

http://www.icaboston.org/exhibitions/exhibit/donovan/ - I highly recommend this.  I don't usually think art is fun but this was really fun.

Well, we're back. We had a pretty good time when it wasn't blisteringly cold! It was in the teens and twenties with wind chill in the single digits. We went to see the Constitution, but apparently it's only open for viewing Thursday through Sunday during the winter months. We did go in the Constitution Museum and watch some of the videos they had out there.

Today we walked around part of the Freedom Trail and took a lot of pictures. We saw Paul Revere's grave, went to Faneuil Hall, etc. We will definitely need to head back after it warms up a bit. Kinda hard to push a stroller when the sidewalks are all iced up...

You need to go back and crawl around on that ship dude.
