I painted the inside of my front fairing satin black (w/Krylon for plastic).

Sorry for the shitty pics of it bolted up, but on the second pic the "bracket" portion of the windscreen is much less noticeable than when it was red.

Seriously considering similar on 09 696 screen, IF I put it back on tho ever LOL Took off mostly cuz it got some strange staining I THOUGHT was bird crap at first, then on close inspection looks more like a white pain dripped from

!!!???!!! NO clue how, but looks bad so....

desdis - those are Cycle Cat clipons with modded caps to fit the Rizoma preload adjusters.

To be clear here folks, I believe what he did was paint the inside of the fairing black, not the actual windscreen. Sounds like some people were confused.
