I had installed a bar riser for my Monster 800 but seem I need longer throttle & Choke cable to cope with this change. May I ask where I can get a longer cable from that provide world wide shipping coz I am from Hong Kong, Thanks!

I don't have an answer for where to buy, but check the routing first. There may be some length to be gained by routing them a little differently. It'll only cost you some time. 

Depending how high your risers are, you should be ok with the stock length if your risers are within 1.5 inches.

I installed GenMar risers on my 695 and didn't need longer cables. I did have to rotate the banjo bolts downward, however.

Yes, The bar riser is 1.5 inches high and right now I have to re-route the throttle cable outside the frame in order to avoid binding when the handle bar is turn to the far left. Meanwhile, I cannot fix the choke cable even I make the re-route. The riding position is really great after installing the bar riser but I prefer to replace longer cables in order to make better arrangement.

So, DO you guys know where I can longer cables for them, Much appreciate.

Cycle Cat used to offer cable modifications along with their clip-ons.  It required sending your cable away.  You might want to contact OnCycles.com, and ask what company they used for modifying cables.

I installed an LSL top triple and protaper fatbars on my s4.  This reqired fatbar riser adapters, that lifted the bars quite a bit.  Had cable issues too.  Fixed the throttle cable by rotating the throttle assembly so the cable exit sat below the brake lever.  Got enough length on the choke by re-routing.

I had this same problem with my old M800 when I bought and installed cycle cat risers. I'm assuming your problem is when the handlebar turns full left, your rpms skyrocket.
Its a simple trick but costs 30 bucks.

1) Buy a choke cable for an S4R from the ducati dealer they are longer. I remember the dealer was staring at me funny when I walked in and pulled out a tape measure in their showroom.

2) Because it is longer, you have to route it differently so it wont kink. To do this you have to route it straight down and across the left side of the frame and cross over across the front of the airbox.

I'm sure there's other ways to do it but this is just one option.
