had just got back from my first physio and not too bad, i mean the pain, but nearly all the muscles in my back are stretched and tight so it is going to take a while.

40c in the morning in Tassie, whoa thats warm.!!!!   I'm flying over there next weekend to jump on a boat and tootle around the south and west coast for 2 weeks  hopefully it will be a tad cooler then.

I have the day off today, so I just rode the pushy to the bottle shop in 43.5c heat. Now I'm enjoying a Vodka and Lemonaide (no, i'm not a girl - it's hot...) lying in my hammock under the shade of a big old fig tree. Not a bad arvo.
