If anyone's interested, let's do a quick jaunt out to Bartlett Lake and then end up at the Scottsdale Pavilions car/motorcycle show this Saturday.

The plan is to ride out in the late afternoon, and then get to Pavilions at sundown.   [moto]

Meet up at the Superpumper gas station at the northwest corner of 90th St. & Shea at 4:00 pm (a couple blocks east of Loop 101, not to be confused with the station closer to the 101, go to 90th St.).  MAP
Kickstands up about 4:15/4:30. 

We'll head up the 101 , take Pima into Carefree, and on to Bartlett.  Stop, gab, and then back the way we came, down the 101 to Indian Bend exit to the Pavilions on the northwest of the 101 & Indian Bend by about 6:30.  Maybe grab a bite to eat out there or head somewhere else if people want to.

Cool?   

I am doing that ride in the morning, but will meetup at Pavillions at 6:30.

FYI the forecast is calling for rain both Saturday and Sunday. 

Alright...if it's raining then ride is probably canceled.  It's my one small window for a ride for the next two weeks...so I might go anyway, but I'm hardcore like that.

Rain sucks thats why we live in Phoenix.....

I didn't mean to rain on your parade, I'm hoping the weather holds out too for part of the weekend.

Welll...I went to the meet spot, just in case, but no one showed as I sat there drinking my Jones Soda (with a moto pic on the label no less) and enjoyed the P E R F E C T   W E A T H E R.  Went out to Bartlett by myself and had a blast, very little traffic, and did I mention the P E R F E C T   W E A T H E R.   [moto]    Just bustin' your chops potential riders.

I did go to pavilions after and was cool to hang out with several Duc riders, BS, and drink some espresso.  See y'all next time. 

The weather was great!

Important Note: giving Dietrich too much espresso leads to him riding home like this:
