So how does one go about becoming a member on devalmostro.net?? Registration is locked. I'm new to the forum here and located in conshy. P.S. Any of you the red monster I saw on 76 last sunday?

i used to be the black monster with the big pirate flag, but ti's dead right now.  :'(
i did see a red s2r vruising through conshy over the summer though.
