Well, that's pretty stupid (if accurately described, which I'm not sure it is).  Honda should get on the ball and get an exception passed or get the law amended to account for common sense.  They've got lobbyists.  What's the hold up?
Occasionally AFM #702  My stuff:  The M1000SS, a mashed r6, Vino 125, the Blonde, some rugrats, yuppie cage, child molester van, bourbon.

I guess kids will just ride bikes that are too big for them now. [roll]

I don't understand why they can't just slap a label on them "not for anyone under x yrs of age" and keep selling them to adults, "for adults," cause, well, they're the ones buying them anyway...

Shouldn't I be able to buy a tiny bike if I want to?

Maybe people will just put offroad tires on their mini rocketsâ€"or are those illegal now as well?

Next I think we should outlaw baby food for babies.  Baby food is evil and should be stopped. :P
we're creepin' between the bullfrogs

How does this affect Motorcycles already sold or repairing and getting them serviced  ???

I guess the craigslist Market is going to be insane now.
