CrAzY proposal:  let's ALL get together.  every damn smelly one of us ( er... you ).  let's pick a day, and negotiate it out until we have absolutely everyone ( or as damn close as we can manage ) on board, and then let's invade some place even for just an hour.  the motopia photo was fun.  hell, we found more ducs to come that morning, which was awesome....

let's start with a place, then start to nail the date/time.  hell, i'd get up very early indeed to ride out and meet all you bastards...  or even stay up past my bed time.

I just checked my calendar, and I'm in for this one. 

Hard 8 BBQ in Coppell (north of DFW Airport, off Freeport Parkway about a mile north of 635).

Dedicated bike parking.  LARGE pic-nik tables on a covered patio and some good BBQ.  

Several of us have been there before about a year ago and it seemed to work out really well.

That's a good one Lisa! I think it was October last year when we last met there as a group, Jen's Dad was still alive and I think it was around Will's B-day (since he talked about getting the S2R for a present) and it was before the big BBQ at your place. Anyway, I digress... again, Hard 8 BBQ is a good spot for a big group and it's kinda sorta centrally located. Well, I'll let the westies comment on that. Lots of room and you are right about the designated, fenced in parking for bikes only. You gotta love that... as long as it's not filled up with Hogs... it is a BBQ place after all. Patrick will have to bring a tofu wrap for that same reason.

I'm in as long as it's a Sunday. i work on Saturdays.

I'll agree with WiWa on that.  I don't know how many times I've seen Patrick eat nothing but alcohol and/or tiny sides while the rest of us are chewing on full entrees.

Whatever you guys decide is fine with me.  Somebody just make a decision 

DFW airport

- plenty of parking
- centrally located & easy to find
- lots of places to eat
- plus, we can have a "loudest exhaust" competition: bikes vs. jets!





Seriously though, count me in for where-ever when-ever.
