Hi  I have been ghosting this forum for the last couple months or so and am now posting because
I am a proud new owner of an 09 Monster 696.

I have ‘legally’ been street riding  since January 17th 2009, but I have realistically been on and off
dirt bikes for about the last 10 years,  I lived on Kauai for 3 of those years during which I pretended
my dirt bike was a “dual-sport” and the Hawaii 5-0 didn’t seem to mind, so limited street riding.

Oh and the only reason I decided to make the leap from a sneaky dirt bike bandit to a legal and  l
icensed street rider, was actually seeing the Ducati Monster! Apparently there is such a thing as love
at first sight.

My monster is pearl white, and the pics I have include my girlfriend, one ride and we both were smiling ear to ear.

Hehe, another pearl white. It is THE fastest color

Congrats Tuanogus, the black one i test drove had termi's and actually scared me a little, well it scared a ear to ear smile across my face.
