I spotted this ages ago, it is most awesome and highly recommended. After watching this all of a sudden hanging off the bike felt so much righter.

well finally, a bit of sunshine today in Sydney! got out and tried what the video(well, the first one is the only one I've watched so far...) told me to do...
i have to say the whole shifting your hips thing works really well, you just naturally move into a better position on the bike and it feels good.

Sure did ! 

I got this stuff from a school I did with Keith Code at Phillip Island, when he came out a couple of years ago. 

Makes cornering a breeze and stabilises the bike cos the human isnt jerking it around anymore, so long as the throttle is kept on to settle the suspension. 

We got to the point of holding onto the bars with two fingers and the thumb and it felt controlled and very precise. 

And, no more arm pump.
