I'm still up. and feel as though I will be for quite some time.

i went to bed around 7:30am, and thankgod for no school, cause i just woke up and its 1pm. 

If it wasnt for netflix online, i dont know what id do!

I have givenup on sleep.  spent 3 weeks in Japan and now that I amback, NOTHING works.  Ambien, lunesta, clonazapan....nothing.  I go to sleepfine...then wake up at 2am until 6.  Im make the beast with two backsing worthless at work and fighting everyone now.

ugh

back when i was in florida, i slept GREAT on PT days, monday wednesday friday, where i ran 6-7 miles in boots, kevlar and rubber guns. Maybe you should try that?

I dont run anymore though because i dont have much of a place to run around here.

Couldn't sleep at all last night, but it is more to do with jet-lag than anything else. 

BUT I think a new 1198(S?) might just appear in my garage shortly after I return from this latest of business trips.

How you gonna sleep knowing that thing is in the garage waiting for you?   

I don't see that I have much of a choice.  I won't be back home for at least another four months...   

so... here's the new problem.  that night last week were I had the right amount of sleep but it was crap? it's become the norm for any night I happen to fall (and stay) asleep for the 'normal' amount of time.

Okay, its been about 2 months solid now, of being up until 5/6/7 no sleeping at all.

Im desperete for some solutions here. I hear this Meth Amphetamine stuff works pretty well.  ...

I think im gonna go back into the benedryl cycle to try and shock my system back to atleast 3am.

i now have the same problem for 20 straight days
thank god im not the only one going thru this 
i thought i was going insane for a sec
my doc referred me to a sleep therapist lets see what happens

have a few shots, take 2 benadryl, and smoke a bowl...........
