I had occasion to order some MV Augusta parts from Gold Coast. I know Scott out in the shop from track days and I figured I'd give them a try.

All I can say is the service I received from Danny in the parts dept was top notch. Friendly, professional, and fast. I'll be getting all my stuff there if they carry the line and it's an OEM item.

As always YMMV.

Gold Coast is topnotch my experience with them has been nothing but stellar as well.  They are a credit to dealerships everywhere.

They do have alot of ducati parts in stock. I lost a nut that held on the oil cooler and they had it in stock. I called over the weekend for new exhaust gaskets and sure enough they had them in stock. The couple times I have used them I have been very happy.
The only time I felt alittle funny with them is when they wanted to charge 5 hours of service to install my exhaust, but part of me understands bc I didn't buy my bike nor my exhaust from them.

My post wasn't about the service department. That subject is usually pretty touchy. I just wanted to give a shout out to a dealer that does it right in my experience.
