I've been taking Valerian root and it seems to help.  I'm not sleeping through the night, but the 1st 3-4 hours are good, solid, deep sleep.

sorry, i was just repeating a late night infomercial. 

I went back on my benedryll regiment. Well, i need to stop taking it because its causing INSANE irregular heart beats, id jump from normal 70 bpm to 100bpm to 50bpm and then 120bpm etc. completely eradic and random. So i cut the pills in half and that symptom goes away, but i still feel like i have a heavy heart, i guess maybe its sky rocketing my blood pressure. it oesnt put me to sleep, but if i lay down for a long enough bit, i will fall asleep. im gonna try 1/4 pill now.

also dont mix bendryll with alcohol. i wish someone had told me that, its equivalent is probably a long the lines of dirty crack cocaine.

seriously though, i think ive got the answer. it has to do with the sun....

seriously, though.  my bandaid for the night is tequila. clase azul reposado. I do hope it does the trick... there's way too much shit on my plate right now that some escapism would be nice.

I perfer bourbon. but seriously though, ive been looking around theres something called UV therapy that influences your bodys production of melatonin or some shit crazy. Its $80 bucks, im thinking about buying the bulb and sticking it into a controlled night light. supposely helps you sleep and wake up.

if it works as good as those melatonin pills I tried, I'd rather spend the coin on some single malt...

or weed/loose women, if my coworkers have anything to say about it.
