Not a surprise.

We lost power on base for a couple of hours, and I have friends out in town who still don't have juice.

been a state of emergency since they closed the family resturraunt Mamma Baldacci's
the daughter and I would go there before the father daughter dance.
we had to go across town to Captain Nick's, we sat in the train car.

Feels more like January than almost March the past couple of days.

I'm guessing Dan is either still trying to push the stuff out of the way or is one of those without power.

went snowshoeing with the kids when they got home from school

walked home from the bus stop this morn, looked at the house thought the wind blown snow
on the roof looked neat. thought I'd share. 2*

this is the best winter ever!
went snow shoeing again today, after the kids got homework done. followed the deer trails.

s'poseta cool off tomorrow.
snowmobile dragraces on the lake tomorrow with a freestyle show.
their putting some big ramps out there.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ALBANY HAS ISSUED A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW... WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 10 PM EST MONDAY FOR SOUTHERN BERKSHIRES... LITCHFIELD COUNTY AND DUTCHESS COUNTY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

SNOW WILL OVERSPREAD THE SOUTHERN BERKSHIRES... LITCHFIELD COUNTY AND DUTCHESS COUNTY LATE THIS EVENING... AND BECOME HEAVY TOWARD DAYBREAK MONDAY. WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS OVERNIGHT AND CONTINUE MONDAY... CAUSING BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF SNOW AND REDUCING VISIBILITY. SNOW WILL TAPER OFF TO SNOW SHOWERS MONDAY NIGHT WITH ACCUMULATIONS OF 8 TO 16 INCHES LIKELY...

WITH LOCALLY UP TO 20 INCHES IN SOUTHERN LITCHFIELD COUNTY.
