Selling the gun should be pretty straight forward, though you can't do it on ebay.  I would put it on craigslist, or sell better yet, sell it to zaster.  you dont need a firearms license to sell guns.

George, send me the details on the Glock.  I know people who like such things....

Still waiting to see pictures of the new purchase...rumor has it it's just more of that German stuff
