Cold one today...at least after it warmed up and then cooled by 20+ degrees.  Love the heated seat though, at least one thing was warm.

Sprinkling in Grand Prairie.  Roads slick as snot.  The ABS in my truck kept kicking in and I was sliding around through the turns more than normal.

I just left the office on two wheels, sprinkling a bit near downtown FW. After a bit of a ride up 35 it dried up close to 820.

Ok this morning from near downtown Dallas to Irving via 114. 

left work in arlington to some sprinkles until i got to mansfield where it was dry and a fast surface

Light sprinkles on the way home from work, of course the one day I get to ride UJs 675 

Had to dig out the winter gear this morning...

yeah, me too. I hear there's a freeze warning for tomorrow and then Wednesday and Thursday are supposed to be nasty-windy.

What's up with this wind lately?!?  I don't remember it being this strong for this long.  Really blows my SUV around.

nah, it would be MUUUUUUUCH hotter than it is now.  Only a few I'd say. 

After waiting almost a month and a half for parts from Ducati in Italy I was finally able to finish up the repairs on the black 999s late last night. I replaced the left mirror holder bracket and the left turn signal/mirror. I took all the body panels off and polished them all to showroom condition and finished it all off with a coat of high tech wax. The bike looks like new. I made the ride from my house to Arlington this morning in 28 degree weather which was brisk at 70  mph.

If anyone is interested in either of the bikes, the yellow 2003 999 or the black 999s they are for sale now.
