The rumour is that the votes have been counted and Tassie is da winner. Apparently Feb 2010.

Still waiting for official confirmation but you heard it here first. Unless I am embarrasingly wrong again.

You have it correctly.
I was in the Ducati Champs Club @ WSBK PI and it as informally announced at the DOC President's meeting.
The event will be held in close proximity to the 2010 WSBK, I'm assuming for logistical reasons, e.g. the Big Red Truck doesn't need to go back n forth to NSW in between.

So, will you keep Joe's G open for us and let TG know we're coming.

got my flag pole up today as a few will know i now live on the best bike road in tassie so i can fly my ducati flag and sit at the end of the drive way and watch targa race by and now the tourismo , cool

ill want to be fitter than i am at the moment heather and i dont like riding in big groups and if you do this tourismo you will want to have tape or body armour on your bike the amount gravel and fine blue stone on these roads when following bikes with sticky tyres , your bike will look like its been hit with a sand blaster i kid you not and another note make sure your phone is with telsta or you will be like poor mmick who had to find pay phones to make calls cheers bazz
