Just a couple quick phone snaps right after install and a shaky phone vid after dark.  I'll post up some better stuff once I get back in town Sunday.

Sidenote Question: How did you get this pic? The black background, both signals appear to be on? Bike seemingly floating? Explain your master photography skills.

Most likely taken during the startup sequence.  As for alienfocus's remaining photog skills, bravo man!

[laugh] One of our members in our owners club is a professional photographer and had posted he needed some Duc's for a shoot...and I jumped on it as I always wanted pro shots of my beloved Monster. The image of both signals on are probably a mix of individual pics of the signals meshed together as well as the pic of the dash lights. The dash shot is used by SpeedyMoto to show their risers ( http://www.speedymoto.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=03-0220BLK&Category_Code=MTC) ...love the gang at Speedymoto and also Manny at Leo Vince...and of course.... [bow_down] BERNARD!!!!! He tolerated me harassing him for this light as soon as I saw it and set me up big time...the pics still do not show the awesome quality and how well this light works.

wow, alien, your bike got the supermodel treatment.  just gorgeous.

I've got the same model as you, and I also have the SupaNova tail light installed. Of course, Bernard hit me with a "but wait, there's more" and on an impulse, I bought his license plate bracket. It's machined aluminum and anodized black.  Since I got rid of the rear turn signals, this bracket really cleans up the rear end. The light doesn't get hit by the seat like my homemade version. The license plate sits up tight to the light, which has a row of LEDs to light it. It fit perfectly and Bernard even included stainless hardware. I'm definitely happy with the add-on.

Here's a stock photo of the bracket.

I'll post some of it installed soon.

Yeah, that is really hot and I thought about picking that up as well but couldn't go beyond what I already laid out for the light.  I may just pull of my chop kit and give it a good rattlecan job one of these days to compensate...

Just installed mine this weekend on my '97 M900.  A little bit of splicing wires as it is not plug n' play...yet, as this is the first one that Bernard said he made for an older Monster like mine.

I see from the pictures (the top down) that the taillight does not protrude past the end of the seat.  Mine does by a little bit, unless yours is actually covered by the cowl.  I ditched my cowl.  I would have bought the license plate frame, but had purchased one previously on eBay.

Sorry man.

My only reference point is C.H.U.D.

For those who don't know, that's Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dweller.

If your time in the service earned you that nickname, then I'm sorry. You must have seen some hellish conditions and I absolutely respect the sacrifice you're made for your country.

But honestly, that's a horrible movie. Referencing it made me laugh.

Stay well,

I appreciate the condolences, but never actually ate anyone over there. They wouldn't have been too tasty anyway after being out in the desert with no food for five months.  I did smoke some dead man's cigarettes though...

Got my SupaNOVA light installed, looks friggin sweet!  Bright as hell, fits perfect.  Unexpected problem: Aftermarket LED front turn signals must have resistors for the NOVA to signal properly.  I should have done this a long time ago, but i just got used to the Rizomas blinking fast.  Ah well small detail that is easily fixed.

Side note, Bernard (owner/maker of lights) is great to deal with.  Fast responses ,(and shipping too) courteous, he puts that personal touch into his business.  I opened up the box and there was a little post-it note from Bernard saying tanks and enjoy, etc.  Its little things like that that make me feel good about spending my money on the light.

Yep, Bernard is a one of a kind.  Sent me a pic of my unit to drool over while it was in transit, and marked my box #53 with a post-it as well.   [thumbsup]
