Cn anyone help me choose a rear tyre for my S4R testasretta?

I'm going from the UK to Italy and back, hopefully a few of the big passes will be open when I go, so I need a tyre that will give good grip and lean (though I'll have a fair bit of luggage so I'm not going mad), but I would like a decent mileage out of them too as I will have to do a fair bit of motorway on them too (my Pilot Powers are just about done at 3800miles).

Any recommends?

Cheers all.

keeping the pilot on the front, or replacing both?

i'd go Pilot Road2 if you are keeping front
and Road2 or Avon Storm if you are doing both

Yep, keeping the front.

Pilot Road 2 seem to have a lot of good reviews. Anyone else with experience of these tyre?

Thanks Jeff_H

Pilot Road 2's.  I know someone who does track days on them and loves em.

If I were going to do less than way 2500 miles, I'd go with another Pilot Power 2ct. ;D

I had a set of Pirelli Diablo Stradas that gave good grip and long life on a bandit 1200 touring bike
