It's not a knock off.  It's just a really old jacket.  It wasn't called the Tattoo, however.  It was appropriately called the "Tribal".  It was best worn over your shoulder with your shirt sleeve rolled up to expose your fresh barbed wire arm band tattoo.  Helllooooo 1996.  [laugh]
