Occasionally AFM #702  My stuff:  The M1000SS, a mashed r6, Vino 125, the Blonde, some rugrats, yuppie cage, child molester van, bourbon.

DoubleEagle

BMW Back Protector w, Kidney protection and a degree of Collarbone protection.

I crashed into a ditch going probably 70 mph and did not hurt my back, kidneys or Collar bones.

I did suffer other serious injuries , mainly 4 broken Ribs and a punctured Lung plus sprained Ankles and a lot of soft tissue damage but none in the back or Kidney or Collar bone area.

Price 3 years ago $245. Available from BMW shops.

I also have a Dainese Wave V neck Safety jacket that includes a Back Protector , Neck, Chest, Shoulder, Triceps, Elbows, and Fore Arm Armor.

This all works together as on unit to be worn under hopefully a riding Jacket.

Price $429 a year ago. Available from the Dainese Stores in San Fran and Costa Mesa, Cali.                                          Dolph

Make sure that you buy one that is CE level 2. Thats the most important thing. There's two levels, and level 2 is the best.

+1 to the Joe Rocket i have it, it is barely noticeable when wearing it.  I have no problem wearing it every time i swing a leg over my bike.
