With all of the crap I have painted, bolted, glued, ziptied, etc to my bike (not to mention the bike itself), I have pretty much come to terms with the fact that sliders would be a pretty good investment (bout like insurance I guess).  I have been researching different brands, but wanted some different opinions before I go any further.   I am going to use Rizoma bar end sliders to match my grips, but I would like the frame / fork / Swingarm sliders to be the same brand.

I have come to about the same conclusions.  Don't care for the look, but would appreciate the protection.

Speedy-moto frame sliders saved my bike during a tip over 0 mph.  Worth every penny for this purpose except I hear they are not good to have during a high speed slide as it may get in a pot hold and flip the bike on possibly the rider.

Researching axle and swing-arm sliders now.

620M 2004 Dark i.e.; ~ 57K miles (all me);  Looking to swap out engine now.
Triumph Speed Triple 2006 (now ~ 44K miles bought @ 4K miles on 04/2010)
Honda Grom 2015 ~ 3500miles so far.  Love this lil bike

Oncycles.com has the Cycle Cat frame sliders for a fraction of the original price.

The sliders themselves are pretty long, and I've used them to stretch my legs out more than a few times.  :P

My fork and SSS sliders are from motovation.com, and they are very nice.

Thx for the info.  I swindled a deal with T Rex Racing to get him to make me a matching set.
