Well I purchased the Dainese Zen Tex jacket today.  I tried on several jackets and decided that it was a better choice for my needs.  Will give you a full report later this week.

Review of Zen-Tex:  I suited up for my 12 mile commute to work this morning at 7AM is was in the mid-60's here in central Florida.  Pulling out of the driveway I immediately noticed the ventilation, when up to 35mph it was like wearing a t-shirt!!  I had to look down to see if the jacket was zipped.  At lunch the temp was 90 degrees with about 40% humidity a little warmer than normal for May.  The jacket performed wonderful even in stop and go traffic it was very comfortable.  In my opinion the only thing I might change is the color from black to something that soaks up less heat from the sun.  Overall a very comfortable and safe feeling jacket for the heat.

got the zen tex today from moto wheels, its very light has shoulder pads and elbow pads and has a pocket for the back protector..
again it is VERY light but looks to be made well. I have not took a ride in it as it is still sort of cold here, but I imagine for 80+ days this jacket would be perfect, better then a t shirt anyway.. ill let you know how it is in the heat, but so far its nice and comfy.. fits true to size as well.
