Any ideas?  I'm all the way out here in cowville, so I'm pretty much ignorant to the downtown abq scene.

As to a good place to gather, I'm clueless. I go to bars about NEVER of my own accord, so it's all the same to me.  Hooters sucks, though, if you want my 2 cents.  Poor food and too loud.  Where else can you get a  [drink] without the BS?  How about Starbucks on Rio Grande?  I drink more coffee than alcohol, anyway. ;)

We are headed to Old Town to meet my Mom @ Seasons for some Vino & Sun, if you guys make a plan for tonight let us know, we'll try to make it.

My Mom: She's like me, but smart, funny, attractive & is tolerant of the intolerable,  oh, and female (easy DDGM).  Other than that...exactly the same as me.
