I test rode one about 2 months ago.  It was the most fun I've had on city streets on a bike (and I have a Husky Tard).  As soon as finances allow (or if anyone would ever sell one used), that's the bike I'm getting.  And, yours is a fine example I must say.  Although, I must say, I think it's funny you toolk the full termi system off to put the mivv on (I know why, but still funny that you would buy one with the termi if you're just gonna take it off).

That's the Full termi system with the MIVV GP can - Much better sound!  We didn't remove the Termi.. I wouldn't cut performance on a bike.

Ahh, very cool.  Well, a fantastic example indeed.

Some bikes look fast standing still...but that bike also looks fun standing still.

Good work!

PJFZ1

it actually has a custom plate:  "LEANME"

Why do roaches always die on their back?

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.

I was checking out a HM today. It's bigger than I thought, but really light. ...

Not really.  It's actually 3 lbs. heavier than a Monster S2R1000 (HM=395lbs, Monster S2R1000=392lbs):

I love the look of the new bars/mirror combo.  That totally makes that bike

Really? I would like to hear more. You have a real tard, but found this more fun? I'm very interested in your opinion with more detail because I'm wanting a tard real bad for my next street bike. I have not ridden the Hyper yet but would like to. It's so heavy that I've been skeptical but very curious at the same time. Weight and cost have bumped it to the bottom of my list so far but as I said, I have not ridden it yet. I want more of a hooligan ride that I can drop and beat up on without the high cost of replacing the abused parts. But, it's a Duc so I have a hard time ruling it out completely!

So, what your take on the Hyper vs. your real tard?

Being 120 lbs. lighter and having a higher power to weight ratio than a Hypermotard, the Aprilia SXV 5.5 ranks higher on my list.  And it looks like Aprilia finally resolved the '07 engine issues with revisions in the '08.

That's one badass 'Tard!! The grips and mirrors are way cool. How's it get down the road?  [moto]
