In 2002, I was just leaving a job.  Against my better judgement, I picked up a cycletrader or something and way in the back there was a no photo ad under "European Bikes" for a Bultaco.  I called, turned out to be a Metralla in perfect condition with 400 miles on it.  Not only that, but it had all the stock stuff installed, and the "Kit America" factory racing stuff NEW IN A BOX. 
For once in my life, my common sense told me it may not be a really bright idea to spend $4k on a smoker street bike (After all, I already owned two RD400 Daytona Specials) so I passed.

I vowed to myself I'd never make THAT mistake again!   (and I haven't, which is way I have 14 bikes.)

Yes, I also would love to see a new BoMB! There are a lot of great bikes on this forum. I see my bike live almost every day.   So I like to see something new too!
