Yea, i was there 3 times this week no joy, i tried to steal it when i was dumping there 2 weeks ago and they flipped out for some reason, i guess they must use them for something.

Not sure about the oil.  Its my friends garage and barrel, he uses it for oil changes on cars so I'm guessing cheap and something like 10W30
