OK, you can sleep a little if you want, but a couple of us are riding to Prescott really early Saturday morning.  Leaving the north side of town at 5am.

Meet up at the 4 Sons Food Store gas station at the North East corner of Carefree Hwy (74) & I-17:

Get there in time to gas up and leave no later than 5:15!!  :)  We'll ride out through Wickenburg, Yarnell, and on to Prescott for breakfast.  Possibly the same way back.  Or, depending on time and group consensus, maybe head further north to Jerome and back down I-17?   Give me some feedback here if you have a preference.  Looks like 10-20% chance of thunderstorms on Sat, with temps of 85 when we leave, 100+ when we get back, and low 80's in Prescott.

Benefits of leaving so early include:
-cooler temps
-less traffic
-less BS'ing because people are too sleepy that early
-more gas for the money because it's denser in the morning
-only the really committed biker types get up this early to ride  [thumbsup]

Who's in?

Does this mean that you're usurping my attempt to get AZ riders together for dinner and a ride to the Pavs???

No way man.  We'll be back in plenty of time for that, and probably hungry to boot!  Probably even have time to take a nap, wash the bike, and change into something much more Scottsdale-ey for the event!  [thumbsup]

I wish I could go but will be in San Fran Friday and Saturday. Make it Sunday morning and I will be there.  ???

Great! I was hoping that you and the guys would still be able to make it. This is the first time in a while that I've tried to organzie anything so I'm looking forward to catching up with you and the guys.  [thumbsup]

So Dietrich, do we have the bar and after hours spot already picked out. Man there are some people who are going to miss out on this one.  [thumbsup]

Any rough guess about what time you'd be rolling through Yarnell, and/or when & where up here in Prescott? I'm working on a kitchen pass to either head down & rendezvous on your way North or just meet up at where ever you land for Breakfast and then tag along for a bit after.

We should be hitting downtown Prescott about 7:30, and so are considering breakfast in Jerome.  PM me your cell # and I'll PM you mine back and I can text you an ETA/rendevous point when were on the road if you want...

Yeah man, I'm taking a cat nap right after work and should be good for about 14 hours right after that.  I'll meet you at 10pm tonight, and as long as we roll back into town by noon tomorrow I should be set.  Oh, make sure and get some of those $20's cashed into singles.   ;)

Wow.  What a GREAT ride.  Cool....fast....fun!  The long shadows we made rolling out that early were totally worth it.
