Not this time. It's in racebike recovery mode right now. I crashed it last race weekend, and I've got it torn down working on it. 

I'm going to try and be there tonight.  I should have time to stop in for a soda pop before work.  I think the last one I made it to was last... May I think... Wow, time sure does fly  [moto]

Forecast is calling for rain but please don't decide not to head over just because you can't ride.  Cages are welcome too.  If it rains I too will be with Gabe in the FJ.

Tonight I will also be bringing the Official DOC Plaque so all of you can admire the splendor of our official status.

where does said plaque spend the rest of its life?  Are you/club suposed to do something with it like display it permently at a meeting place or something?  just wondering why they sent a plaque and not like a huge bannor.

They sent a banner too. Want me to bring it? I agree, once we have a permanent place, we should hang it, (banner) We will be hanging it at club events for sure.
Speaking of events, I've talked to Jessica Zalusky about having a Ducati owner's day at her school or a trackday. It's late this year to make that happen but how many would be interested in a Ducati owner's day at either a performance riding school, or trackday? I'm going to start working on getting Ducati sponsorship for such a day next year. Hopefully we can get a dealer involved and maybe the Ducati truck! (dreaming but fingers crossed) Jessica is on board and she is very used to working with Ducati since that was her first factory ride.
I'll start a poll thread to gauge interest.

They did send a banner as well but that is sort of a promotions banner.  The plaque is maybe for a headquarters???  Italians have No concept of what an American Club entails.  Most Italian clubs charge dues and have official rented meeting spaces.  I don't ever see that happening here.

According to weather.com (so take it for what it's worth) it's not supposed to rain until around 11.  So hopefully it will stay clear until after Notte hours.
