So I don't have a gf but I am working on couple girls right now.

So I need an extra helmet for this purpose.

This is a hard one to answer.  I guess if I had to give an answer, I'd say medium.  But keep in mind that head sizes differ vastly even among people of the same "build".  I say medium only because it's the middle of the road.  Good luck on your quest to get "two-up"

so I guess medium should be ok just in case I carry a tall chick.
