i think the Ezpeleta shot-over-the-bow production engine 'moto1' idea was mentioned somewhere here recently... in a more logical response, the MSMA has proposed something similar to the old Team KR/Honda deal.  all the factories that currently supply satellite teams are considering an engine-only lease program in hopes of reviving the struggling series.
