Glen ( who owns TPM) must be paying Freddie a pretty penny to draw people to his schools and gain a better reputation/accreditation for race liscences or something....so in as much fincial trouble as Freddie is in, Glen is using him like a cheap suit I guess and taking advantage as much as possible...not an entirely bad idea as Glen has an established business that isn't being mismanaged and Freddie's flubbed due to mismanagement...seems from a business perspective to be a win/win....

maybe one day Freddie will make everything right with all those he screwed when his school folded!
