I just got home after closing the deal on my first bike ever, the Ducati Monster, and I'm sooo psyched!
Hopefully everything will work out tomorrow with the payment and the handover, and then I'm the official proud owner of a Ducati Monster.

I still have to pass the driving test in a week before I can drive *crosses fingers* but it should work out ok.
First thing I have to do is deliver the bike to a mechanic to replace a broken simmering in the front fork, and then I'm off to Trondheim (350 miles) - should be a good first trip!

Oh, I almost forgot: 

Steinar, greetings and welcome to the forum! The 620 was the first Monster I was on. After being off a bike for several years (a Honda ACE 1100), I hopped on a friend's Duc 620 and had such a blast, I had to get my own Monster.
