For a Mich sport touring.

I have a friend that runs a power front and a road rear...

on a built ST4..

guy is nuts and has no issues with that tire even on the track.

If you read the thread...

you would have seen you can stay here.

Actually I did read through all 6x pages yesterday.  And came up with several questions;

1.  DP, I'm sure you have better things to do than worry about camping vagrants in your back yard.  But if you are sure about it, I'm always up for camping, PM sent.

2. All, it appears all I have to do is show up at DP's place.  Hang out, eat, ride, and bring alcoholic beverage of choice.  Is this it? Really?  This makes me feel like I am taking advantage of DP (+ see #1).  Is there anything I can bring or do to help out?  There has to be something that I can contribute, especially since I will have the truck up in the area a few days early.

3. Looks like I have to leave early on Sunday to be in Merrimack by 8:00.   [bang]  I'll try to keep it quiet when I leave.

Sportbiketrackgear.com is what I hear.

I buy my tires from the vet. The couple (5-10) bucks extra is insignificant to me and it helps support him, although there isn't much more than that in it for him.

you don't really have to bring anything.

sucks eh?

If there is any life left in us after the track...I may ask you to help with something, but it's really simple. We're gonna have fun.

tires = pilot road 2ct. i have over 5500 on a set now. i'm a believer!
buying from the vet = win / win situation. get the new tires put on while attending DIMBY!
what to bring to DIMBY 2.0 = vodka, fruit juice, carton of camel no filters, advil, a smile
Never wrestle with pigs. You both get dirty, and the pigs like it...

Id love to, but im at the wear bars now.  I don't think there's another 600 miles in it to get me to the vet.

Ordering from Dennis Kirk now, will mount on my no-mar this weekend. . .

Also, there doesn't seem to be a pilot road 2ct, except on a couple vendor's websites.

Even at the michelin site they only list pilot road, and pilot road 2 (which I take to be the 2ct)

I have over 10,000 miles on my pilot road 2cts, still plenty of tread left, and they have seen a lot of slab and a lot of twisties.

i love my diablo stradas.

i was getting around 6000mi out of a rear on the monster.
i'm not exactly light like somegirl is, and i'm not gentle with the throttle.

i have rarely had problems with the tires slipping either.
