If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay for that puppy, and where did you get it? Thanks.

Me want.

Retails for around $550 for both pieces IIRC but I bought this as a scratched up display unit from MotoCreations (Mark's a member here on the board) so I paid less.

Mark does import them, but I don't know what he's got around right now.

I ordered mine directly from their web site (PITA, as you have to wire them the money, no credit cards) but they stock a full compliment of sensors for all sorts of things.

Mine's wired up with Oil temp, pressure and ambient air temp. Overkill, but the sensors are cheap   [moto]

I own several motorcycles. I have owned lots of motorcycles. And have bolted and/or modified lots of crap to said motorcycles...

***USELESS (to you guys as it has no pics) UPDATE!***

I got it wired, and working!  Just have to calibrate it and re-check all my wiring connections and such...

I'll post up pics and a description of the wiring connections soon...

Love the concept on this one but not a big fan of the chrome.

Nope.  Is it carrying 300 lbs of extra weight in chrome?

This shot is from a couple years ago.  There have been changes since then, but I couldn't find a more current one.  Mebbe DM has one.

I speet on your chrome (okay the tank's chrome, but it came that way)

Polished Aluminum.

Lots and lots of it.

Polished alum is fine but chrome is just not my favorite decoration.

Whilst cleaning out my garage, I found my MotoGadget instructions & my wiring notes so here goes on the wiring I did to mount it to my 1995 M900 (better late than never, eh?!?)

(NOTE 1: I wired up the Temperature for my low fuel warning lamp)
(NOTE 2: I wired up the Warning light to run off of my side-stand switch)

Function LED        MotoGadget Motosign                Monster Harness
Turn Left (+)                     Yellow                                                          White/Black
Turn Left(-)                        White/Yellow                                                Ground
Temperature(+)                Green                                                           White/Brown
Temperature(-)                White/Green                                                  Ground
Hi-Beam (+)                        Blue                                                             Yellow/Black
Hi-Beam (-)                        Gray                                                           Ground
Battery/Charging(+)            Violet                                                           Blue/Black
Battery/Charging(-)             White                                                          White/Red
Warning light (+)                 Red                                                            Blue/Black
Warning light (-)                 White/Red                                                   Grey
Neutral light (+)                Brown                                                          Yellow/Green
Neutral light (-)                    White/Brown                                               Ground
Oil (+)                            Black                                                             Blue/Black
Oil (-)                                White/Black                                                Heavy gauge Black (*1)
Turn Right(+)                    Orange                                                         White/Green
Turn Right(-)                    White/Orange                                                  Ground

(*1: Of the factory wires that go into the speedo/lamp cluster there are two black leads.  Oddly, the thinner gauge wire is ground and the heavier gauge wire is for the oil pressure sender)

There are 6 wires that power up the MotoScope Light.
Power (fused 5A)
Speedo signal
Tach signal
Output for a shift-light
Toggle button (momentary normally open switch (I wired mine into the LH handlebar flash-to-pass button))
Ground

Still haven't got around to a video yet...  [roll] :P

It's great seeing people still posting mods on pre 2000 bikes. :D

I just picked up an SS/SP floating caliper hanger and I've low-mounted the oil cooler too...  Oh, and I just need to get ahold of the guy who did the paint so I can get the extra to have some more shot on the....  -sigh- I'm addicted to modding.
