I know, I am looking forward to listening to it when I get home tonight.  No big rush now, I guess, unless there IS a translation.  Pete sent it to me with a big explanation, in fact, let me post his analysis:

Here is a YOU TUBE video of Gloria’s guy, Jorge Lorenzo. The clip shows Jorge riding on some mini bike on what looks like a go kart track when he was 13 and also showing the young guys how it is done today with him in his Yamaha leathers.  But the one thing that we should get out of this is no wonder we, meaning us Americans, are getting our butts handed to us in Road Racing. We have the Consumer Prouduct Safety Commission interpreting laws and preventing the sale of dirt bike mini bikes because they are considered toys and all toys that have lead are banned.  The Consumer Product Safety Commission thinks kids riding mini bikes are going to go suck on the battery or on engine parts made of lead. These kids in Spain are training on mini bikes on Go Kart tracks and our kids can’t even have their folks buy them a mini bike. And right now Americans are the best at Motocross and what is going to happen in a few years when kids can’t get an early start on mini bikes.?

Being a European product myself I have to strongly agree with Pete for one major reason....first kill all the lawyers....I know, someone else proposed this before me. Hope this is not too political ;D [evil]

I understand that the bureaucrats at the CPS has backed off a strict interpretation of those laws because of the very loud protests and the AMA legal arm breathing down their collective necks.   [clap]

And in a related story out of Colorado Springs:

There has been an unprecedented increase in cougar activity in El Paso County and the surrounding areas since mid-October of 2008.  Area wildlife experts admit to being completely mystified, but have noted that the majority of sightings have occurred on twisty mountainous roads populated by sportsbike enthusiasts and, also, in one neighborhood directly east of Downtown.  The Division of Wildlife  recommends never riding alone and making yourself appear as large as possible.  Noisy exhausts have no effect, in fact, perhaps a directly inverse reaction, leading to aggression and pursuit of rider.  Be careful.  Cougars are dangerous.  Don't mess with them.   [evil]

Puuuurrrrrfect.  I'll set a trap Saturday night to snare that pussy cat.  I hear they prowl the evening but usually come back to the lair shortly after midnight.   [evil]
