Newb here. Told myself I was only gonna lurk but I have toooo many questions. Currently I own an 08 Suzuki Bandit 1250. Great bike but 540lbs wet and kinda looks like everything else. In a couple months I'll have the cheese to make up the difference on a new bike. I've narrowed it down to a Monster or a Speed Triple. I registered on the S3 forum too. Help !!!!

Wow, tough decision, I think it would be hard to go wrong with either one.  Have you sat on both?  Is there any chance you can get a test ride of either one?

I've sat on both but not long enough to notice any real differences. As for a ride....Little Rock, AR, Nashville, Tn or Birmingham, AL.  are the closest dealers. The Triumph dealer here fell on hard times. There may be 5 Ducatis in Memphis. Going to Little Rock this week.
