Hi all!

  Well the time has come for me to buy an Italian bike.....and after much indecision between the Guzzi V11 and the Ducati Monster I have decided to go with the Monster!

The trouble is which model!!! 

It is between the S4 & S4R, around the 2002-on. The bike is for me and the missus, so the naked thing was her part of the bargain (and the low to the ground for the short legs!) and the power being my part  .

Any views would be much appreciated!

Ah, whoops!  Beautiful place to live.

Go s4r... the DesmoQuatro heads on the s4 are a beast to work on.  And if you expect to ride 2-up a lot or weigh more than a skinny Italian you'll need to have it re-sprung.
