Beautiful country up over there. Growing up in NYC, and then NJ I never got to see mountains off in the distance like that. Don't get me wrong I love where I live, but I'd love to trade our riding roads. There are nice roads in NJ, and Upstate NY but not 5 mins away from my place. Great North Wet is something nice. Was thinking of moving out there (worked on tug boats before going to operations, was gonna move to Seattle) I bet it's cheaper than over here. Always good to have a camera IMHO in case you see something worth taking a picture of. Especially good in the event of an accident too. Great pics though. Sorry I am posting all over the place today, but I am off this weekend (Maersk can kiss my ass) and all that is on is College Softball and I am too lazy to change the channel (aka too lazy to find the clicker).

Very nice photography [thumbsup]

I have noticed something, why does the countryside in America look so run down? or am I getting the wrong impression
Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity.

Man, this pic brings up bad memories! Last week, one of these buggers found his way down my jacket and stung me in the chest.

How do you mean?  The old cars and tractors or the brown grass and stuff?

I think it is because America is a relatively new country, comparative to one's in Europe, and in Asia. But America grew rapidly and, especiallly in the area of mechanics, and even house building. So people preserve things that are of nostaligic age. That to us is stuff from 1850's or so to 1920's or so IMO. To me those pics show a farmland in the mountains, that has parts that are just old and not used, but still look beautiful in their own way.
