As a reluctant and self-hating Spies fan, I think it's a good move.  As a Haga fan who has been waiting 90 years to see Haga win a championship, I think it's a GREAT move.

I'm liking Crutchlow too but damn did he throw away the race lead at Imola or what?? Couldn't believe it! After that hard fought of a race, finally gets the lead and then tosses it. Looked liked something I would do! Need to check the championship score to see if he can still wrap it up. It would be nice to see something other than a Honda win the WSS Championship.

Gonna be epic at Phillip Island this weekend. Twenty bucks says Rossi goes medieval on everyone after his 4th at Estoril. He'll be wanting to pad that 18 point lead over Lorenzo. He already leads the Friday time charts. Jorge washed out the front end but he's OK and also fast. Stoner could be the spoiler here. It is his home track and he has won the last two PI races. I think he has something to prove after all the s#@t he got for taking off three races to rest. Pedro-bot?... who cares? Just wish Hayden would put in a decent ride. I'm sure he feels the same way.

It's going to be an awesome double header next weekend!! WSBK wraps up yet another kick ass season at Portimao, Portugal. Without a doubt one of the coolest circuits of the year and it is guaranteed to be a ball buster of a race!! Talk about having it all on the line!! A good old fashioned slug-fest for sure.

And MotoGP with their next to last race at Sepang, Malaysia. Any bets on Rossi wrapping up another championship at Sepang?? I wouldn't bet against him. Hopefully Nicky won't get punted again and can actually turn in a decent preformance.

I love these two race weekends... it's a long winter without them.
