no lights on...I'm just glowing translucently a bit.   

Baltimore tattoo museum.   Dave S.  Has done both mine and we're working up a project.

OK, so I actually got it from my new favorite website, http://ugliesttattoos.com/ which I hasten to add is NOT SAFE FOR WORK, not so much because of nudity, but because people memorialize some pretty freaky shite with permanent (and often very badly done) ink.
