Hook up with a custom painter in town that can paint the frames for you. Brand them as TurboGoat and sell them in your shop and online. Online sales is a good way to get your business beyond the city limits.

You have a great brand name there with TurboGoat. Milk that "goat" with extra branded items like apparel, water bottles, parts etc.

Yeah, Fixed gear bikes are big in metro areas, the purists would scoff at the addition of brakes though...

You can get engine kits from this guy for $149 - http://www.spookytoothcycles.com/ . He also builds complete bikes for pretty cheap. I've talked to him about bikes and have thought about buying a complete kit for the GF. My riding buddy just bought one of his kits and is building out a bike. I've also been in his showroom in Bisbee AZ. Cool stuff.

If he sells them for $149, you know you can get them for much cheaper.
