i have also done that.
however, in this case i was registered, just not inspected. a sage old swammy suggested that it was cheaper to get it inspected than to pay the fine. however, as riding season is so close to ending.....i think i will save a few bucks.

I know we've talked about you guys paving the driveway, but if that's the view that comes with it, I could definitely live with the gravel...
