Am I mistaken or could this be the much talked about bike of the Import King from Vic.

It does resemble mine a bit....although the rear shock in mine is different to this one!

So who's S2R has Ohlins, Mono Block's, that engineer fitted front fender plus other bling?
If it's not yours, who from Vic owns it then if not you?

i hear the frame and bodywork are the wrong colour and it's not powerful enough.

yes but those rearsets look like they the ones I know it came with.

And who else would coat their pipes black?

This has a lot of hallmarks of a "Spider" bike.
