A few logistics:

We have plenty of street parking, but there's also quite a bit of space on the driveway and in the garage for motos.  Cars should park on the street.

There's a Safeway two blocks away from us for procrastinators.

We will have a gas and conventional grills for your use in addition to a full kitchen.  

As usual, the fire pit will be in operation--bring your own 150 for fire breathing.  Please try not to burn down my house unless you want a couple of roommies.  We have other, safer outdoor heating available to us as well, but dress reasonably warm.

edit:  small edit on the time--AFM Banquet is that night and I've got a date for it.  Might have to close down a little earlier than what I've posted, but I'll keep you guys informed.
