How do I get on the bike.  I do lots of yoga and whilst I'm nowhere near as tall as Spider, I do fold up just as nicely.  So YES Meanie I really am that flexible. :-*

Oh - wow.  :o   That sounds like an invitation if ever I have heard one.

I'll start my letter of resignation tonight  :-*

I prefer downward facing dog

;D
There is at least one down dog and one up facing dog in each round of sun salutation. And you always do several rounds.  [evil]

Yellow Meanie

I agree, one round is never enough.  ;)

What are we talking about here....?

heatherp

Well I'm talking about http://www.myyogaonline.com/Adho_Mukha_Svanasana__(Downward-Facing_Dog)_asana_42_yoga_pose.html purely as a Yoga position but I think Spider sees it as a bit more than just a yoga position.  :o ;)  Men, really!

So, did you guys get out again today?      I did.      :P

After bolting the new bling on, I needed to go for a little test ride.
"I'll just go down to the local fish & chip shop" I thought. It's well within walking distance, so I decided to take the long way.

Through Kingston and onto the Huon Highway is just a bit of suburbia. Further up the highway is a set of awesome sweepers. 100km limit, dual lane, and beautiful new bitumen  ;D
I turned off at Lower Longley and right onto Huon Road. Narrow, twisty, typical Tassie mountain country back-road. It starts off at 60km/hr, but then they give you one of those "black 60 signs", which I interpret as "anything over 60 is good, the faster the better"

When you turn onto Pinnacle Road (to go up the mountain) it's 50 the whole way. It's not a great road anyway, quite bumpy and only a little bit of a view until you get right to the top.

I thought I might be able so see some of the Sydney to Hobart yachts from the summit. I was way too early. As I check the yacht tracker now, Alfa Romeo is still 21' from the finish. I should be able to see her out the front of my place in about an hour.

Anyway, back down the mountain and South along Sandy Bay Road. Very nice, smooth, tight twisties :D There was absolutely no traffic. Nice...

I ordered my fish & chips, then walked next door to the bottle shop.
The six-pack went in the bag, the fish & chips on top. Perfect.  ;)
