Hey kids, we need a new roomie. Chad has had enough of hitting dead ends in his quest for work here, so he's going back to Oregon. So, Maria & I need a new roommate. 

The house is in the Ingleside neighborhood, off of Ocean Ave. There's super easy access to 280, lots of restaurants and shops in the area, the K Muni is at the top of the street, the Balboa Park BART is about a 15 minute walk, and we're right in between City College and SFSU. 24 Hour Fitness is at the end of the block.

There's plenty of space in the garage for bike parking (I mean, c'mon, it's MY garage after all ), and private off street parking behind the house.

The room is a decent size... roughly 12' x 15' with bay windows... washer and dryer, cable, internet, big kitchen with a small dining area , big living room, and a large front room with a fireplace. Pets are ok.

For those that don't know, Maria is a fashion designer, and I am trained Ducati mechanic. (Although currently, I'm on disability, awaiting back surgery.)We are both avid riders [moto] and mountain bikers, enjoy cooking and BBQ's, are dog folks (but neither one of us have a dog right now), and are a couple of goofy sci-fi nerds.

We're hoping to find another like minded, somewhat cultured and educated, considerate human being that knows how to coexist with others. Ducatista preferred, but not a priority.

Neither one of us are smokers, junkies, or drug users of any kind , and would like to find someone who is the same. We do drink on occasion, but not to excess.

If y'all know of anyone who may fit this description, send 'em my way.

Rent is $700 + bills. Bills run $50-75/month, and there's no deposit needed.

I've been very apprehensive.... it is BARF after all.

I"m actually looking for a place right now, but in the south bay or peninsula.  You shouldn't have a tough time finding someone, the renting market is pretty big at the moment.

For the record, I ain't edumacted, cultured and stuff, & i like to eat other peeps food, it's cheaper & easier than buying my own.   I also don't have a working Duc at teh moments
