the (125s and 250s) do that to break the draft of those behind 'em...

these guys really don't like each other.

:o devastating, I don't know what's more painful, the crash or the feeling you know he was having squatting on the grass by pit row.

I couldn't tell if he hit his brake lever on Simo's bike.

It didn't appear to be a tire.

HB is fast but "a bit" erratic - glad he didn't get hurt
Desmosedici - it's the new Paso (except the bodywork doesn't fit as well)

If you replay it and look closely it makes sense that he hit the brake lever.... Notice the smoke coming from the front tire immediately as contact is made(1:02). Also from the other angle (birds eye)(1:12) Simo's tail contacts HB's right hand controls. Also what else makes bikes flip forwards other than locking the front tire?

Same thing happened to a buddy.

He definitely swerved to break the draft.

I doubt he had that result in mind.

Is this all part of racing or was that a A Hole move of the guy?

Does this result in any sort of fine or warning ?

not just 125's and 250's...i believe its a common tactic of racers from many different motorsports

correct, but more pronounced in the lower displacement classes given their need for momentum.
