I am stunned by how easy and how FAST pounds of softness can come on.

it seems to come back WaY quicker than it takes to get rid of it.

i'm back to the gym this week after a knee injury in late nov. and some serious holiday cookie eating  ;D

i'm up 11 lbs since i got married in august  :-\

Eat more-you're only 1/3rd the way there.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

thankfully I survived the holidays (and associated inactivity from the injury), although, I don't know how, since I did nothing but eat like an idiot and play xbox

Screaming at the n00b you just no-scoped burns like 1200 calories an hour.

I can't wait until Marquez gets on his level and makes Jorge trip on his tampon string.

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

I've been lame since the holidays. Just...absolutely slacking in every way possible.

Now for some soda.

I'm good about staying away from soda but Pepsi had to bring these back for 2 months...

It's like I keep saying:  Those who would sacrifice a free range session for a giant beer, deserve neither free range time nor a giant beer.

i have had guys reach back and grab my crotch in an attempt to get around me. i'll either blow in their ear or ask them politely to let go of my wang.

I need to find a way of getting back in shape as well.

Since I just had surgery, working out on the elliptical is pretty much out. I can't run because of an effed up right ankle, but couldn't do that anyway because of said shoulder.

I think i might try those stationary bikes where you sit back in them. Not sure how much of a benefit it is, but has to be better than sitting on my ass at home. Just hope it doesn't make other medical conditions flare up, which also sucks.

Too young to be this make the beast with two backsed.

Might have to give that CNN tip a try  [laugh] [laugh] [laugh]

I applied with our local fire department and got accepted into training company this month. We took a baseline physical test, which I passed, but I want to be able to complete it in a better time. So its gym time to build some muscle; the stamina is there, but the upper body strength needed to deal with the heavy equipment used in the test is not. Looking forward to getting back into the shape I was in during high school.
