As i possibly could do with one.

Beautiful s2r there Spider . A lot of time effort and $$$$$ spent  i rekon  [clap]

Cleaned out the shed over xmas, so the bikes had a better spot to park, and took a family photo.

Spider

I have to get the PC3 / dyno done.....there's always something....I will fit it tomorrow though and ring about a book in, I'll get some charts done too...as I'm thinking of buying some DP cams for it too (Oz has experience with them I believe!)

If we're counting children, I have more than enough. You can have some of mine Matty. If only I can get a good price for them.... then I can replace them with the moto kind!  [laugh] [laugh]

Ah sold it over 5 years ago - got a warning from the Boys in Blue for doing some very naughty things on it, plus my daughter was about to be born, so in the interest of self preservation and impending costs I let it go - went to Qld.  I know I shouldn't of sold it but at the time...

My Monster is off the road pending fixing up an eccentric hub (cush drives went south, turns out they did it rapidly for a reason I don't want to speculate on, least not on a public forum).

So I rode back from Tassie on a 91 gixxer. This is to be a track bike :). Thanks Dad! He gave up riding, couldn't sell it (91 gixxers aren't that special... and it does have 104k km), and so I'm looking after it as a track bike for him. He just wants to see it used.

But more than that, I also have a couple of posties. The awesome one I have is Whippet. Matt black, obnoxious loud exhaust, and is bloody awesome.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TR-CWDg2_vY

Whippet pulled 5.81 rwhp. A stock one pulls 5.2 rwhp. And my AFR was completely atrocious: that's what you get for jetting at home, using jet drills held between your teeth, and doing hellishly dodgy plug readings. By atrocious, I was < 10:1 AFR for the whole run! Something closer to 12 might net me more like 7hp. OMG! Was still one of the highest percentage increases over stock at the dyno day.

Just gotta finish some wiring changes to get him registered.

Mad props for Brett at MotoGarage here in Canberra. One, he had a great time dynoing a postie, and two, he did his absolute best to get me on my way to Tassie on very short notice... pity we couldn't track down some cush drives.

yes ducati is keeping tight lipped about cush drives but they came too the party thanks too a big push from my local dealer that reminded them that it was a problem on all sss and have give good will warranty to others  so any one that havent changed your cush drive do ceep a eye on them cause they will come out and chew the guts out of the ecentric hub  [bang]
